New Additions to Enhance the Ahi Mahi Sauna Experience
As our community grows, so does our understanding of what makes a sauna ritual feel truly restorative. This summer we’re introducing a few small but meaningful improvements to support comfort, recovery, and overall wellbeing during your session.
Mineral-Rich Celtic Salts for Rehydration
Intense sauna sessions encourage the body to sweat — and with that comes a natural loss of minerals. To help replenish what’s lost, we’re now offering Celtic salts to add to your drinking water.
Unlike standard table salt, Celtic salts contain a broad spectrum of trace minerals, including magnesium, potassium, and sodium, which play key roles in muscle function, hydration, and recovery. A pinch in your water bottle helps balance electrolytes and support the body’s natural heat response.
It’s a simple addition, but one that can make a noticeable difference in how you feel during and after your session — especially if you’re a frequent sauna-goer or pair your heat cycles with cold plunges.
Wooden Foot Mats for Comfort & Practicality
After several weeks of feedback, we’ve added custom wooden foot mats inside the sauna to protect bare feet from the heat of the floorboards. Designed and handcrafted by Isa, they’re both beautiful and functional, giving the space a more tactile, thoughtful feel.
It’s a small upgrade, but one that has already been appreciated by regulars — comfort and craftsmanship go a long way in helping guests relax deeper into the experience.
Continuous Refinement Guided by Our Community
Ahi Mahi has been shaped from day one by the people who use it. Your feedback doesn’t disappear into the ether — it shows up in tangible improvements like these. As we move further into summer, we’ll continue refining the experience in ways that support relaxation, recovery, and connection with the Maitai.
Bookings for sessions are open, and we look forward to welcoming you back into the heat.
