Guided saunas are offered as a complementary wellness service intended to support relaxation, circulation, musculoskeletal ease, and general wellbeing. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and are not a substitute for medical care.
Participation may involve exposure to heat, herbal infusions, physical exercise and essential oils. While herbs, exercises and essential oils are selected with professional care, individual responses may vary. Clients are responsible for assessing their own suitability for sauna use. Individuals are advised to consult a qualified healthcare practitioner prior to booking if they:
Have any medical conditions
Have a history of fainting, heat intolerance or dehydration
Have skin conditions, infections, or open wounds
Are taking medications
Have known allergies or sensitivities to herbs or essential oils
Clients who are unwell, feverish, dehydrated, or under the influence of alcohol or recreational substances should not participate.
Temporary responses such as fatigue, light-headedness, headache, muscle soreness, or increased perspiration may occur following a session. Clients are encouraged to practice body awareness and self-responsibility, remain adequately hydrated, and exit the sauna immediately if they feel unwell.
By participating, clients provide informed consent, acknowledge their understanding of the nature and purpose of special guided saunas, and accept personal responsibility for their wellbeing during the session.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
